Portfolio Update 07/15/2026

The portfolio had a rough stretch, falling 3.3% since my last update, compared with a 0.3% decline for SPY.

On a personal note: the big life change I mentioned is still in full swing, which means systematic investing research has taken a back seat for now. I expect to be back to my normal routine around October. Until then, the spells keep running on autopilot — that’s the whole point of being systematic, after all.

And the updates may remain shorter and less frequent than usual. Thanks for bearing with me.
